I am literally going through this process right now. I had posted my 1986 Fleer Jordan for sale and someone mentioned that the cert was flagged for being “counterfeit”, which caused the cert to be deactivated. I opened a case within PSA and they got back to me within a few days and provided me with a FEDEX label (up to 175k insurance) to ship it to them.
Officially its called a CRC-Brand Protection review. Assuming it is a legitimate card, which I am certain it is, they will reholder it and provide it with a new cert. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
