I was considering how I could swing the million, but then noticed it is crunchy peanut butter. I prefer creamy.

But keep in mind that you’re not buying that *specific* jar of peanut butter. You’re buying a license to tape your *own* jar of peanut butter to the wall, and a certificate of authenticity. You could make yours creamy if you want.

Creamy is clearly the first telltale sign of a forgery.

Even if I were to supply my own creamy peanut butter, deep inside I would feel, as BillyCoxDodgers3B has stated, that I were creating a forgery. My million will wait until the artist creates a creamy version.

Is the name brand of the peanut butter important to you as well?

I should have paid closer attention...I'm a Skippy man, so hopefully the artist will also produce a line featuring my chosen brand.

LOLOL. Just too much of a generation gap for me. Carry on, cryptobro.

The buyer on Wednesday was Justin Sun, founder of the Tron blockchain network, who outbid six others in the auction. He paid in crypto, Reuters reported.

"This is not just an artwork," Reuters reported Sun telling Sotheby's in a statement shortly after the purchase. "It represents a cultural phenomenon that bridges the worlds of art, memes, and the cryptocurrency community. I believe this piece will inspire more thought and discussion in the future and will become a part of history."
