I've never seen O'Leary listed in either of the Morton's sets, 1909 or 1910. And Archer played for the Tigers last in 1907, which also makes little sense for him to be in these sets. While it could be O'Leary, does it look like him?

With the obvious assumption that a single photograph can't tell the whole story...

There are similarities, no doubt, but the general shape of the head (squared vs. more oval), the closeness of the eyes and the prominence of the nasolabial folds (don't I sound smart?), as well as the size of the nose and the shape of the ears (and other factors) are off.
