Could be one of those things we'll never have a definitive answer on, but your evidence seems valid against it being issued with the scorecard!

Love scored scorecards and are much more affordable than tickets.

Saw that Ryan in an auction but I guess I hadn't realized it was from his first win! Excellent purchase!
