In my opinion, this leaves one card to be king of the non-1/1 cards for 1997: Topps Finest Gold Embossed Refractors!
These weren't numbered in baseball, but it is estimated that there are anywhere from 35 to 70 of them (based on pop reports and what I've seen of them, I'd guess it's on the lower end of that range).
Being die-cut, getting this in a PSA 10 seems significant.
