Thinking back, I collected or dabbled in the following items throughout 1962:
1961-62 Shirriff/Salada Hockey Coins Leaf Spook Stories cards 1962 Topps Baseball cards 1962 Shirriff Baseball Coins Jell-O/Hostess Aircraft Wheels 1962 Post Cereal Baseball cards 1962 Post Cereal CFL cards Topps Civil War News cards 1962-63 Topps Hockey cards DC Superhero comics & Archie Jaguar comics marbles pea shooter But what made the Post Cereal cards extra special and a particular delight was they didn't require any spending on my part. I'd just accompany my mom to the supermarket and "help" her out selecting groceries for the family.
