The speed with which you guys are figuring these names out is astonishing. And a bit embarrassing for me. I only thought I was good at this.

More photos later today. Then, we get to the real hardcore stuff- the dreaded index cards!!

Okay, I'm back home. Getting closer to the end of the photo parade.

As always, any and all help is appreciated.

First one is Baskeball Hall of Famer "Laddie" Gale. Led the University of Oregon to the first Division 1 national championship. Played professionally for the Detroit Eagles of the NBL prior to WWII. I believe I met him at the HOF during induction week in the early 1990's. He was also a very good TTM signer.

Well, that brings us up to date on everyone except that last photo (the Texas Rangers guy). Here are the last of my unidentified photos. And no, I have no explanation for the guy in the swimwear in the last photo. I don't wanna know.

As always, your participation in this little ID exercise is much appreciated.

Tomorrow, we start on the illegible index cards. Expert a fair number of football, basketball, ice hockey, Olympic signs and maybe some non-sports celebrities. As you can probably guess, I buy a lot of bulk lots without any idea of what I'm getting. Hope some of you are enjoying this as much as I am.
