I will say, Nolan Ryan truly is a class act. His foundation charges one price for any card you want to send and it costs the same to sign his rookie card as it does for a card printed yesterday.

Carl Yastrzemski is another one who doesn't upcharge for his rookie cards, although his fee has been increasing in recent years.

Even PSA weighs in with their proclamation that Rose was the record holder.

Concrete data will never be available to prove anybody right or wrong.

Didn’t see him mentioned but another person who belongs on the list of “signed so much it’s hard to find something they didn’t sign” is Denny McLain. Had two amazing seasons and he will fill up thousands of baseballs with a longer stat line for two great seasons than Brooks Robinson would have if he did a stat ball. Lol
