Just as a short update to this set. I attempted to work with PSA on this set as from what I have been able to find it seems to me that it is indeed 1951. I think it goes without saying that the set is complete at those pictured above. I have located a few collectors that have the same as we do and they also only have the ones above. The real question is where were they produced and how were they distributed. Considering I have yet to find anything that gives me any kind of lead on this - I am somewhat stuck. If anything else happens to come to light I will post it.
