I see idiots like this on our roads all the time. They just quickly go in and out of the lanes ... and this usually doesn't stop until somebody gets seriously hurt or killed.

Looks like this guy tried to pass on the right -- while driving on a one lane road with no shoulder. The 5-6 beers wouldn't help, but I bet he was road raging in some form. More senseless, avoidable deaths on our roads.
