Apparently they were able to photo match it based on THIS image.




I kid, I kid.....I'm sure there was more to it than this.

Appears to be the same camera and/or film stock used for the photo of the Loch Ness monster. Now THAT'S quite a coincidence, no?

Do you have a link? I can't find it.

All I know about this jersey is that it sold once as a generic 1930 road jersey, then it had become a 1932 World Series jersey and now it was the jersey he wore during the called shot. But I don't know how people got from 1930 road jersey to the called shot.

I guess the next time it sells then, it will be called his ROOKIE jersey !!!
