Always been confusion on this one because PSA screwed it up for years. Even though it looks nothing like the rest of the set they would only grade the Memphis version for years and Beckett would only grade the Chicks version. I believe they finally got the message they had been grading fakes around 2013 and stopped grading it completely for a bit (which has always been the PSA path when it’s too much work to do research).
I think they will only grade the correct one now, but they will reslab the counterfeits because apparently they can’t admit mistakes. Look at all the fakes sold recently and some in new slabs with older numbers. https://www.psacard.com/auctionprice.../values/508494

Reminds me of the 1988 Cal Cards Griffey. Real pose on the left. Fake on the right. I remember seeing a few PSA slabbed fakes some 20 years ago.
