Thanks for the input... is there ever a concern about authenticity with ticket stubs? I am confident all that I have pictured here is authentic, but does it give comfort to sellers.

Also ... the club house pass and press box pass. Any value in authenticating them?

I wouldn't. Press passes, etc. aren't in tremendous demand. Someone will buy them, but I doubt that person is paying a premium for third-party authentication. I think you'd be wasting money.
(Who is going to fake a press box pass?)

Who would fake a press pass??? I don't know .... I have primarily collected cards, and ask myself the same question ... " who would fake a baseball card?"

Thanks for the guidance... just trying to help a friend out on selling some stuff. This all really helps thanks.
