Found another part of this that is hilarious:
Pay with a wire transfer to eBay Wire transfer is available for select eBay orders. A wire transfer for five million and four dollars and two cents. LOL

The shipping cost appears to be $4.36 now. I can foresee the seller keep jacking this up until it is well over $5.00.
