Day 188 - 7 July 2024
The 1966 All Star Game was played on July 12th at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. Brooks started going 3 for 4 to include a triple with a run. He had 4 assists in the game. The NL won 2-1. Brooks would win the game’s MVP award. Joining Brooks was Frank Robinson. Coincidentally, Brooks and Frank would both win regular season, all star game and WS MVP awards…the only two players to ever do this. Day 189 - 8 July 2024
In 1967 the All Star Game was played on July 11th in Anaheim Stadium in CA. The NL won in the 15th inning 2-1. Brooks played the entire game and went 1 for 6 with a Homerun off Fergie Jenkins in the 6th inning. He had 6 assists in the game to include a double play. This would be Brooks’ first AS game HR. Day 190 - 9 July 2024
In 1968, the All Star Game was played in Texas at the Astrodome on July 9th. The NL won 1-0. Brooks started at 3rd base and was 0 for 2. Joining Brooks was Davey Johnson and Boog Powell, I am showing you several All Star game related items to include a Dexter Press Photo, pennant, ticket, Topps PSA 10 AS Card, Topps PSA 3.5 AS Venne Card, PSA 5 Topps Action All Star Stickers, program and press pin.

Day 191 - 10 July 2024
In 1969 the All Star Game was played on July 23rd at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. The NL prevailed again 9-3. Brooks did not start the game and was 0 for 1. He had 1 assist in the game. Joining Brooks was Boog, Frank, Blair and McNally. I am showing you two All Star pennants, small plate, ticket, press pin, program, and Topps AS Card PSA 9.

Day 192- 11 July 2024
In 1970 the All Star Game was played on July 14th at Riverfront Stadium, Cincinnati, OH with the NL winning 5-4 in 12 innings. Brooks started at 3d and had an excellent game at the plate going 2 for 3 with his third AS game triple scoring a run and 2 RBIs. He had 1 assist in the game. Joining Brooks was Frank, Boog, Davey Johnson, and Palmer. Today I am showing you two All Star Game pennants, program, ticket, press pin, 1970 Topps O-PEE-CHEE PSA 7 card, and Topps PSA 8 card.

Day 193 - 12 July 2024
In 1971 the All Star Game was played on July 13th at Tiger Stadium, Detroit, MI. The AL won 6-4 with Brooks started the game going 1 for 3 with 3 assists to include a double play. This would be Brooks’ first All Star Game win. This would be the last All Star Game hit for Brooksie. Brooks was joined by Mike Cuellar, Don Buford, Frank Robinson, and Jim Palmer.
