Bought it in Ohio 40 years ago. Hey it’s a “Bowman” lol

1948-50 Safe-T-Cards, the earliest known safety issue:

Seeking very scarce/rare cards for my Sam Rice master collection, e.g., E210 York Caramel Type 2 (upgrade), 1931 W502, W504 (upgrade), W572 sepia, W573, 1922 Haffner's Bread, 1922 Keating Candy, 1922 Witmor Candy Type 2 (vertical back), 1926 Sports Co. of Am. with ad & blank backs. Also 1917 Merchants Bakery & Weil Baking cards of WaJo. Also E222 cards of Lipe, Revelle & Ryan.

Jeff, yes you did see me with my wife on 9/21. Wish you had said hello. Greetings from Salem, OR. My wife has been on a mission for several years to visit all 50 state capitol buildings and get her little booklet stamped at each. On this trip, we are doing the capitol buildings of CA, NV, OR and WA. After this trip, she will only a few left to visit.

. Here is the 1936 National Chicle Premium ( R-311-2 ) of his predecessor President Gerald R. Ford playing football at Michigan :



..these were mingled in with a large batch of 1930's vintage photos and premiums of baseball players and baseball teams ( normal R311 set cards ; I don't collect football stuff but sometimes ya just gets lucky )
