Here is John Titus, sans his expensive T206 mustache. An added bonus to this T205 card is that the Hassan 30 back was previously unverified for Titus. If indeed it has not been verified before, well, here it is.

Picked up my first Diamond Stars card. It’s got a little scuff of some kind but otherwise in nice shape.

Nice card...looks like a partially erased number. One of the fun aspects of Diamond Stars cards are the backgrounds. This one of Bonura has the cool theme of picking out some lumber.

I resized the front to enhance its awesomeness, and then couldn't resist going nutty with resizing, creating a staircase of Bonuras.

Just got this guy in the mail! Pretty cool shelf sitter! Also the first Exhibit I’ve ever owned. Nice a crisp for a 1 price, as it has some glue on the back. Being glued up sure keeps those corners sharp.

Enjoy the weekend,
Bob

Yeah I’ll have to look at that more closely.

Before diving into such a project, I would assume a staircase of Bonuras is probably not up to code.

I looked at it again under magnification. It definitely looks like some kind of print anomaly and not an erasure. The surface is as smooth as the rest of the card.

From the scan it looks like a partially erased '50', but judging in hand of course is far superior.

Here’s a better pic. It’s some kind of printing scuff or weirdness, although it feels smooth.

Thanks to a fellow board member (who has the coolest T206 collection around) for making this real tough Cicotte available. A special one to add to the collection and back run.
