That's great. And when you send a card in the mail, make sure you still use blue tape to make sure the cap doesn't come off.

How do they stay in place on the top loader?

It sides into the top loader to prevent the card from sliding around, and the small angle when pushed into place self tightens. They work really quite well. So simple of a design. The left side of the last photo shows of how it inserted.

Has the particular plastic used been tested for off gassing? If the penny sleeve is open at the top and that piece of plastic off gasses there is a possibility of an issue.

The off gassing issues have been documented in other products.
