Does not look like a typical post accident Campy example although they were not all that consistent anyway.
I can see why JSA would not authenticate it. They pay no attention to the supposed provenance on the reverse. May be authentic but I would not count on it. Maybe try PSA/DNA but you may be sending good money after bad. I would probably return to Hunt for a refund based on the JSA rejection and look for a more representable example.
