I haven’t bought anything off eBay or from Goldin in years (neither generally have what I collect), and I have never used a vault- so while very interesting, this will have zero impact on the way I buy, sell, and hold cards.
I think it’s particularly curious that eBay, and auction site, buys Goldin, an auction house. Also, I’d be interested to hear what Probstein, Greg Morris and others who use eBay as their primary sales outlet think of this.
