I have transferred the baseball subjects lists from a previous posts so that all is located in one spot here. Let us know if you have any additions or corrections to these lists.

Thanks, Brian

I have more information I will share. I actually have photocopies of the sheet and letters from the eBay auction I got from the seller that is referenced in the article. I’ll try to dig them up. I too only collect football, since there were only two football on the sheet I decided not to buy it. The asking price was also very high because of the baseball HoFers. It came from George Kelly’s estate.

I also have the checklist somewhere from Alan Hager of most of the Ad backs from an auction. I am missing some of the pages. I bought many of my Ad backs from Hager. He told me that he bought everyone in an REA auction. He said the auction didn’t highlight that they were different and much rarer variation, so he bought everyone. Many ended up in ASA holder, but some in PSA.

I’ve had the number one football set since the onset of the PSA set registry 22+ years shooting for 25 so they have to create another star…lol

One final thing not mentioned on the article or on this thread is that the paper script is blue not orange in the 1927 set.
