They are on the attending list and the map shows their location under "Show Info"
https://phillyshow.com I have dropped off a few times. It is very simple. They have laptops ready for you to fill out the information on the spot. The cards usually get logged in as Received in Florida on the following Monday/Tuesday after the show. From there it's like 2 weeks door to door. So easy. What Don just said is also true for SGC at the Chantilly, VA, Show (the next one is April 5th-7th).
