That must be Gil McDougald's children. All dressed the same and he had 2 boys and two girls.

Lol, the kids at both ends are completely lost. The kids in the middle are focused.

You may be right; in fact, those children very well could belong to the players. Coleman had a son and Turley did too, born around 1954. McDougald's oldest and youngest were girls, which seems to fit the picture.
