Looks pretty solid to me. The perforation lines are a little concerning, since they leave the individual stamps off-centered.

And it looks like there might be some minor issues along the sides. It makes the sides look a little crooked.

The challenge is that our good friends at PSA are a bit screwy when grading large pieces this way. I’ve seen pieces that look like this grade as high as maybe a PSA 6 or a 7.

At the same time, there might be some reason why they look at it and find some flaw that drops it down to just authentic. You mentioned that the perforations are intact, but maybe they find one that’s a little weak or something, and that torpedoes the whole thing.

I’ve submitted probably 30+ of these, and the above has been my experience.

So good luck. Hopefully you get a grader that isn’t used to looking at 2023 refractors, and knows how to grade these exotic pieces.
