I just started learning about them myself... there are the 42op that missed (so you can see the 30)... but this group seems to have been printed with the 30... and was intended for overprint... but maybe got out before the op occurred?
I think I just googled 'sweet cap 460 factory 30' and there was a link to net54 threads...... I took screen shots (thats what I posted), as I can never seem to easily find posts again! Cant wait for more replies/info! Thx!

Here's an example of one I found in the wild. These cards were hand cut from a sheet and sold in a couple of groupings about 7 years or so ago. I found this one later, sent it to PSA and sure enough, came back hand cut. I've sold it since then, but it was cool to know these are still out there to be had.
