Thanks for sharing...I've just added a couple dozen cards to my want list!
Love this card, I've owned about 4 different grades over the years and settled on this one, which wasn't the highest.

Hard choice between my Ruth and Gehrig. I bought a collection of 33/34 Goudeys from Orve Johansson in Largo FL while on vacation visiting my grandparents yearly. He claimed the collection came from 1930s pitcher Johnny Allen who lived in St Pete. This had to be somewhere between 1999-2001. I just started working and he trusted me to pay off the balance which I did. We had a great friendship which started in the early 1990s.
Ruth is a 1.5 vertical wrinkling
