Just a crazy thought -
I forgot about this card as being stolen and I know we see cards reported as stolen periodically in threads. Would it be possible to create a "stolen card" topic in the Watercooler section that is stuck to the top. I guess basic criteria would be required such as the card cannot be a basic run of the mill card, it should be either rare/scarce or have substantial value and easily identifiable. It would be easy to check the topic periodically to remind ourselves what is "hot" out there and if we see it, to take the appropriate action (notify the victim).
