Just to show size in case anyone is curious, the Howard Clothes records are 7" and the H-O Oatmeal are 5".

Also, I just noticed the front of the Snider and the front of the Campanella are a split second off. They are not the same photos used for both. You can tell the difference looking at Dukes Teeth in both. And you can tell with campy by looking where his left sleeve meets the glove. Or the graphic on the front of his shirt shows the difference as well.

Ive spent hours trying to find Gil Hodges Connections with Howard clothes. I know for an absolute fact this is a premium photo given out by the company and not a press photo, blank back and all, taken in Howards studio by the company themselves. I've been scouring old newspaper sites. Unfortunately to no avail on the photo. However for the folks with the records I did find a really good article dating them.
They were given out for free when Howard Clothes opened their store in buffalo. Article dated Tuesday, March 30, 1954. Furthering my case that the premium was very likely a free promo as well.

Just Got this one for my snapshot collection. Don't think it has any ties to Howard Clothes, looks like the sign says Crawford. So assumingly taken in a NYC Clothier Called Crawford. Probably predates the Howard piece by a few years, But thought it was a really cool companion piece nonetheless.

Well this was a fun find. Gil Must've been well known for his suits. Because I just found this ad in a 1951 paper. No Doubt goes with the snap above. I wonder how many people really got their suit signed?
That's now 2 Department stores that had Gil as Their Big Leaguer in a Suit
