I like to pick up photos that are obscure. Whether for my PC or not, I can't pass up this kind of image.
Chris Mahoney only played 3 Games ever in the Major League. In 1910 with the red sox he lost a start and threw a save. He got 1 hit and 1 run as a batter. Beautiful name header and stamps. "The new Boston Red Sox Pitcher"

Another early Federal League. Portrait of Robert Ward, president of the Brooklyn Tip-Tops. Later published in the Buffalo Times (Feb 19, 1914) and the Philadelphia Inquirer (Feb 20, 1914). (My newspapers.com subscription eded, so I can't share the article).
