There will be a few speakers, starting around 7:30 or 8:00, and a lot of commoraderie. That is what this is all about. In another thread we are talking about it being a little trade night too, BUT let's don't discuss that in this thread, please.

This thread is for RSVP'ing ONLY . Friends and family of Net54baseball members are welcome. Responding in this thread is best but a PM is ok too. I need a first and last name, for each member, for the reservation, as well as how many are coming with you. You won't be getting in without an RSVP. As in years past all attendees will be required to wear a name tag with your first and last name (and possibly Net54 ID). They will be available at the door. If you don't have one you won't be allowed to come to it or stay in it, if you are already there. If you want to remain anonymous this isn't the event for you. There will be a $5 non mandatory donation at the door. 100% of the donations will go to Passport for Paws Rescue in McKinney Texas. It is a 501(c)3 non profit. Look them up and you will see a great organization that saves 800-1000 dogs and cats a year. I have been fostering for them for many years.

Please let me know if you RSVP and need to cancel. This will help with the number of tables, food, waitstaff, and bartenders needed. There will be some cheap pizza served along with some nuts and cheese/crackers for appetizers. If you want to eat a nice meal you might do it before dropping by.

It will be July 28th, 2023 (Friday) from 6:30pm to midnight or whenever we leave.

Cheap pizza in Chicago? Leon you might be violating a city ordinance. I do not love deep dish but not sure it gets much better than what they serve there.

These aren't Chicago's finest. Probably more like Kroger's middle of the road.

My only open night, I have, is Saturday so it might be a Giordino's night...

Giordano's on Sat might be the ONLY way they let you out of the city! By the way, both Gino's East and Giordano's have been doing frozen pizza delivery for a number of years but they are not the same as when you get them from the restaurant.

Giordino’s is a good place to go. I’ve never been disappointed there. Lou Malnati’s is another good place for pizza.
