I'm not a pin collector, per se.
However, I have a couple of pins that I wanted to display on a book shelf.
I don't know if I invented this method, but I'm very happy with the results.
I went to Home Depot and spent 65 cents on copper wire. It is both flexible and sturdy.
I got home and cut it to size and then bent it into shape.
See the fruits of my labor:

No great pinbacks have turned up for me lately but I have been finding some of the pinback doodads that we often see attached.

Default Recent 3" No-Hit Pitcher Pinback pickups

Here are four 3" no-hit pitcher pinbacks that I have recently added to my collection:
- Jim "Catfish" Hunter (A's PG 1968)

- Rollie Fingers (A's combo no-hitter 1975)

- Bo Belinsky (Angels 1st no-hitter 1962)
NOTE: No Angels Belinsky pinback button exists

- Fernando Valenzuela (Dodger phenom in the 1980's, Fernando pitched his no-hitter in 1990) Viva Fernando!

Default 1926 World Series

My new arrival this week is a 1926 World Series Pin. It's X-46 in Paul Muchinsky's book.
