"Deadball era" World Series TRIVIA: my "nearby-neighbor" wins W.S. for his team
Didn't expect this quiz to be so tough. Continue researching, guys.
His relatives still live nearby. One of them visited with me a couple of years ago, at the BB card Show at the New Hope, PA Firehouse. We had a very interesting conversation. And, I just happen to have two Tobacco cards of his relative which I gave him. Stories like this are what makes this Hobby really great. TED Z T206 Reference .

Interesting that T207 called him Stanley Yerkes. Stan Yerkes was a pitcher from 1901-1903, so I am not sure why they would have confused him with Steve.
