D381 Ferguson Bakery Fred Allen. I'm aware of only a dozen Fergusons with the coupons still attached. One is in the Burdick Collection at the Met. This one was discovered in a card shop in MA.

1922 Mrs. Sherlock's Bread numbered set, #5 Doc Ayers.
