Quick update, Thanks everybody for the nice words. I have never had so much interest on an item, for sale or not. However I no longer own the book. A private deal was made that I couldn't pass on.
I'm happy to have owned it and brought a new item into the hobby that was likely never going to see the light of day again. I wish I had 15 more so everyone that's interested could get one! Also just to be clear that is the same book on ebay. And I'm not the seller. I believe it changed hands quite fast to somebody who listed it for sale, but doesn't really want to sell. A collectors price for sure!
