My wife also said Shoeless Joe and "Babe" Ruth, adding "Cy" Young (referencing Cyclone as the reason for it, which surprised the hell out of me).
She showed her married into Yankee allegiance also adding A-rod, Mr. November for Jeter and The Sandman for Mariano.

Her best response was for another Ruth nickname, The Bronx Bomber

So, zero nicknames...and a newfound knowledge that I really got to start watching my back.

Knows that David Ortiz has a famous nick name, but couldn't recall it.

We had a serious debate on what exactly constitutes a "nick name", I told her that most of her guesses are not in the spirit of the question. She didn't care lol.
