Terrible news. A great guy who helped so many, including me, pursue a fun hobby. And he was such an important figure in the DC area collecting community. He will be missed.

Great Guy
I enjoyed talking to him a number of times in recent years. Down to earth and was always willing to share his many years of experience with me. Thank you, Bill, and RIP.
