My condolences to his family and all at H&S. Met Bill at a his surprise birthday party at the National back in the early 2000s. Bill treated me like family and was a class act. He will be missed.

Default House of Cards

Enjoyed my interactions with Bill at the House of Cards in Wheaton, MD..... this was after it used to be run by John Scott and Nick Schoff both of whom were helpful and kind to me in my earlier years in the hobby in the late 70s and early 80s. Bill was a wonderful presence at card shows in the area and will be sorely missed. At one time, I think he told me he actually was related to Miller Huggins in some way. RIP Bill
