Nice pickup, Jeffrey, i was bidding on that one but missed the ending! You got a good deal I thought.

I did pick this up (finally!!) to complete my Eastern Exhibit set. Whew. I passed on several that were graded 3-4 but had creases, but that was some years ago I before the explosion in prices and have been kicking myself. I paid more for this one (actually went for pretty much what i thought i would have to pay), but the front is way nicer and fits my set better than a creased one. It does have a tape/slight loss on the back that was fine and accounted for the grade. And, well, it’s the Babe! Only 21 graded according to the description.

Congrats Paul. I was one of the underbidders but believe it or not I passed going higher to get the Gehrig instead
