1933 Sports Kings Thorpe-Poor-please see scans.

A couple divots on the front that only one goes through to the back. First, there is a front divot in the upper left parallel to the ear. The other divot is on the lower part of the "R" in "SPORT" and is also on the "R" on the back in "THORPE". Again, please see scans for flaws.
