It was only uncovered recently that Orioles centerfielder Willie Tasby (1958-60) passed away in April of last year.
Willie may be best remembered for playing the outfield in stocking feet during a rainy afternoon at Memorial Stadium rather than take a chance that his metal spikes might attract lightning...  RIP Willie Last edited by roarfrom34; 01-09-2023 at 05:38 PM.
