Matt, it looks like we have similar collecting tastes. Here are two of my cabinets that are closest in "feel" to the ones you posted.
The first is most likely Fred Hovey. Identified using The H Book of Harvard Athletics: 1852-1922 as follows: someone wrote "Uncle Fred" on the back; face matches player identified as Hovey in the 1891 and 1892 team photos; uniform matches as well; index says Hovey, Frederick Howard played baseball in '91, '92 and '93 (although he is only pictured in the 1891 and 1892 photos). Not totally definitive, but as good as I can do. On the other hand, there in no identification of any kind on the front or back of the team cabinet.
