Default my front piece

Heavy red metal with thick glass..... looks like the front piece from one of these machines. I bought it in Ohio around 40 years ago without the cards which I added back then just guessing what year it could be. Cards werent worth much back then, probably a lot more now LOL

Wish i had the man cave space for it. Certainly a nice piece. If anyone is located in NY shoot me a message I'll tell you where to find it!

Rocky Nice piece. I think it might be earlier than 63. The reason I say that is the 7 cards for a 5 cents. Most of the cards I have seen were 6 cards for a nickel. Either way it is a very nice display. Thank you for sharing.

Default Thanks

Hey thanks….. you may be on to something there although the slots would only fit cards from 1957 and up at least baseball ones …. I remember as a kid actually buying Mars Attacks from a vending machine at the Super Giant near my house in Maryland….. still have them but they didn’t stay “mint” …..

I have way too much stuff, and I sold my Topps collection years ago, but if I saw that somewhere I wouldn't be able to get to the cash register fast enough to ask them to please take my $150.

Found a picture of my old vending machine. Notice mine says 6 cards for a nickle vs Rockey's card which is 7 cards for a nickle. You can see from picture that it is still attached to the original stand and it was quite heavy. I keep checking up on this thread to see if someone brings this labor of love home.
