Marshall said every card in his collection was PSA 8 or above and we know where the only 8 is.

My thoughts precisely. Unless perhaps he was making a tacit mental exception for that card while making that declaration.

He showed an ungraded Wagner that appeared to be in high grade (for Wagner) but certainly not an 8.

Gotcha. I guess his statements around grades didn't include that piece.

The only T206 WAGNER I saw was a reprint on the Wagner photo.
