They are not cut. They may have been supplements, but they do not have signs of being hand cut.

I was able to find the issue. They are 1904 Sporting Boiler Supplements. Does anybody know if any of the grading companies will slab and authenticate this issue?

You can go to PSA website and ask them to grade themhttps://www.psacard.com/myaccount/customerrequestcenter. You have to show them online that they exist so they don't grade fantasy pieces. I've done that and it wasn't horrible.
