Looks like he's wearing a helmet, not a cap.

That '71 Dick Williams could be a Topps Project 2020 card.

EDIT to add: So could the '77 Tommy Helms.

If you think the 1971 Dick Williams has some bad airbrushing, check out his 1986 Topps Traded!

Yeah, that's pretty bad. Topps really liked ridiculous airbrushing of Dick Williams
