Curious, were these submitted as separate modern/vintage entries, or does PSA track this way?

Yes....PSA forced me to separate the modern from the vintage.

Do you happen to know if they require 20 of each type, or can you do a sub of 20 cards, 10 pre-1995 and 10 post-1995?

for that $18 sub, and for the current $22 bulk, it had to be separate. and the current $22 rate needs a minimum of 25 cards.
