Hi Yoda:

Glad to hear that the BST board is helping where other channels are failing. My batting average might not be much better than yours, although I suspect that is true for most of us these days, even if we have deep pockets.

I will admit that I’ve toyed with putting some pieces up on the BST board. However, I will freely admit that my asking prices aren’t particularly reasonable. I have them listed on eBay, but that’s about it. In large part this is because I’m enjoying having them in my collection, and I’m not really ready to let them go unless someone really really REALLY wants them more than I enjoy having them.

For me, I somewhat fear the potential opprobrium from my fellow collectors, who might see fit to malign my character, motives, and question my parentage if I were to post them on the BST board. And rather than risk those insalubrious outcomes, I’ve chosen to not list my items on the BST board. Not sure how many others out there are in a similar spot, but it’s the reason why I haven’t personally listed anything just yet.

Not that my absence is noteworthy! But if enough of us stay off the BST listing, then it could move the needle.
