WITH A CREDIT CARD YES but if you look its higher than before
I HAVE SENT DOZENS OF PAYMENTS p/p f/f WITHDRAWN FROM MY Bank Account no fees as of 9/1/22

apparently your correct I just spoke to paypal

they informed due to the frequency of gift payments I have sent in 1 month
over 35 transactions that way that they will be charging a fee
I asked how long they said "till further notice"
I asked for it in writing as yet nothing from them

This is the most significant point of this entire thread, that you can actually speak to PayPal, has never been my experience.
