I appreciate the responses. I kind of figured it was Shawn Green. I thought he started his career a little later. I suppose the strikes delayed him a little. Then I checked him I saw the date of his first game, that sort of cinched it.
As far as Mr Fray, I suppose this could be an old timers day weekend or something like that. The Mets had a lot of events back then, New Team, Stadium & All Star Game 1964 and the World Series. If I recall there were some other non Mets like Podres and Allie Reynolds. It is possible the original listing was incorrect on being Mets. Stay Safe Jim
