I think they are under valued and i think they would be a good pickup for him and other players whose cards are becoming to expensive or scarce (like Joe Jackson)

They are scarce but come up often for sale (there are 35 on ebay right now of all different teams. and 5 of them are for Pittsburg and Wagner) The key of course is the price ebay is often over priced.

Good Luck

A psa 1 Pittsburgh a few ago used to be 100.
Now a psa 1 is 1,000.

I think they are overvalued at this point. Did people just figure out there is a quarter inch photo of wagner?

I agree these are usually hard to find, but I did actually see quite a few dealers that had some at The National. I probably saw 25-30 T200s there. I wasn't paying close attention to see if they were mainly the more common ones or if any of the rarer teams were there as well.

Love these cards. I actually have two complete sets, one I bought that is raw, and then i saw one of the highest graded registry sets (SGC) for auction and bought that one, too, since i know how tough these are in high grade. Thought they were not only cool but undervalued.

At one time i wanted to collect the really awesome T200 premiums, but have not seen one in years after a bunch were auctioned about a decade or more ago and was outbid on all the ones i bid for. I did pick this one up in the Halper Sotheby’s auction, one of my favorite pieces with WaJo the highlight.

I also posted my highest graded one, of the Chicago Americans in NM. Don’t let the picture size fool you, the Washington premium is 20 x larger.
